Desperate-to-be-controversial murder sim Hatred will be out in just a couple of months, as an even more violent trailer is released.

There’s something depressingly cynical about Hatred, in terms of both how unimaginative its attempts at controversy are and how it’s entire success seems to be dependent on people getting outraged about it.

It’s a free a country and all that though, so if you’ve a stomach for ultra violence and boring looking isometric shooters the trailer below is probably going to be the last one before it’s released.

According to Polish developer Destructive Creations the game is almost complete, and although they were going to give it a release day of May 19 they’ve pushed it back to June 1 so they can play The Witcher 3 instead.

The trailer below is not safe for work, although this time it seems to focus more on horribly murdering police officers instead of just innocent civilians.

We think our favourite line from the trailer is when the protagonist describes himself as a ‘fearless, remorseless, genocide machine’.

If it can keep up that level of unintentional comedy in the full game then maybe it won’t be so bad after all.
